ANIMAL TAXI
OVERSEE BUILDING PROJECT IN FRANCE
If you are having substantial building works carried out on your property in France, we can be on hand to ensure the builders turn up, the standard of workmanship is maintained and the works are being carried out to schedule. We keep you informed at all times of the progress, with emails, pictures and short video films. In the event  the building  works are so disruptive, that occupation of the house is impossible we would be happy  to live in a mobile home or caravan, on site,  supplied by the owner.  
 FOOD & DRINK :-  We would be responsible for supplying all food & drink at our own expense.
 SERVICES :- It is assumed that electricity  and water would be available to the site which would be paid for by the owners. In the event that a gas cylinder is supplied, we would undertake to pay for any refills.
 TARIFF :-   The basic charge is £40 per day. However, we would expect our return ferry/tunnel fare to be paid, for by the client, plus 30p per mile,  excepting when  the assignment is for over one calendar month, when our  travelling expenses would be paid by us.
Under normal circumstances there is a 10% booking fee  paid in advance.
 When a ferry/tunnel fee is involved, this is paid in advance in place of 10% booking fee
