CARETAKER SERVICES
We offer two levels of caretaker services, the first is, living on the premises. The second is security visits (once or twice a day)
LIVING ON THE PREMISES
If a property is empty or unoccupied, it doesn’t matter if the owner is on holiday/business, or there are probate problems, you cannot afford to leave it empty. It will pay you, to pay us, to occupy the property as temporary caretakers.
You probably know insurance companies will not usually insure a vacant, empty or unoccupied property for more than thirty days? And it only takes 30 days for a property to start looking neglected. Windows look dirty, grass grows, litter gathers. There are so many signs to indicate a property is unoccupied. So it doesn’t take long for thieves and burglars to use their breaking and entering skills to access the building and take anything valuable. If you are really unlucky the miscreants will vandalize the property for good measure.
Then there are the squatters, nobody wants the aggravation of having to remove them.
All this can be avoided if you engage us to live in the property. It doesn’t matter if it is furnished or unfurnished we will protect the property 24 hours a day.
If the property is furnished with all services functioning. We will live in, keep the accommodation clean and the gardens maintained. All for £40 per day.
If the property is unfurnished, but still has all services connected, we will still live in the property but our fees are £50 per day. Under these circumstances we will supply all that is needed to live in the property i.e. Fold up bed, linen, towels, domestic appliances, plus all cleaning and gardening equipment. All of which are removed at the end of the assignment.
Furthermore we install our own temporary hidden cctv cameras and an alarm system at no extra charge. Together with notices warning would-be malcontents the property is protected by ‘High Status House Security’ personnel and cctv .
Under normal circumstances there is a 10% booking fee paid in advance.
When a ferry/tunnel fee is involved, this is paid in advance in place of 10% booking fee.
DAILY VISITS.
You might not want anyone living in your property but you may need someone to visit your property once or twice a day just to carry out a few basic checks.
If you are within 20 miles of Woodchurch, Ashford, we will visit your property once or twice a day .
On each visit we will undertake to see , the property is secure and that there are no signs the property is unoccupied. One visit per day will cost £15 whilst two visits per day (morning and evening) will cost £25 per day. With a further 10% discount for visits over 7 consecutive days.
We can undertake any of the following.
Open or close curtains - feed animals or birds - empty litter trays - take out refuse on collection days - turn lights on or off - remove newspapers, milk or other deliveries from the doorstep - plus any other small services.
For each day we are employed, we will also place two hidden, movement activated, cctv cameras on your premises, at no extra charge.

We are aware that when a house is left empty, it can be a magnet for any house breaker. When a property is unfurnished it is a challenge to every vandal in the vicinity to see who can do the most damage.
Our aim is to minimize that risk by warning those with criminal intent that the property is not a push over.
It has got to be worth investing a few pounds in protection to avoid, hundreds - perhaps thousands - of pounds worth of loss or damage.
