HOUSE/SMALLHOLDING :-  We will occupy the property  guaranteeing to keep  it clean and tidy until your return.  We install our own temporary  hidden cctv cameras and an alarm system at no extra charge. Together with notices warning would-be  malcontents the property  is protected by ‘High Status  House Security’ personnel and cctv .
Subject to your directives, we will redirect mail, take and forward messages and deal with callers.
GARDENING :-  Being keen gardeners we will mow the grass, weed the garden and tend the fruit and veg .  If the assignment is for in excess of four weeks, we will also undertake to cut the hedges on the understanding they are  are not over 1.5 meters in height. All these services are included in the standard cost. It is assumed that all the necessary tools and mechanised equipment will be made available.
REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE :-  Any small odd jobs  or repairs that need doing will  be attended to at no extra charge for labour.  However  we will retain receipts for any parts purchased and expect to be reimbursed on your return.
FOOD & DRINK :-  With the exception of  being supplied with a light meal on arrival  we undertake to feed ourselves at no extra cost      
ANIMALS :- We will animal sit a variety of domestic and farm  animals, birds and fish.  Where required, all animals will receive, feeding, brushing, walking and of course a great deal of  TLC.  (see tariff below for restrictions)
TARIFF
SERVICES :- Where the assignment is for three weeks or less, the owners will undertake to pay for the main services. Gas, water, electric,
Where the assignment is for over three weeks, to minimize the excess use of the services,  we undertake to pay for the above services from the first day of our assignment. The cost per unit  will be  agreed. The meters  read on our arrival and again when our assignment ends. Units consumed will be calculated and the sum deducted from the amount outstanding to us. To compensate us for the first three weeks there will be a supplementary charge of  £1 per day for the duration of the assignment.
TELEPHONE:-  It is necessary for us to have broadband access which the owner will supply. In the event that there is no broad band available, then the  owners agree to pay a supplementary charge of  £15 per month  ( or part of a month) in order that we may utilize our own equipment to access the internet via satellite.
ANIMALS :- any number of caged birds, tropical fish, furry animals , sheep, chickens and cats but a maximum of two dogs.  The basic charges will apply (see below) There is a supplementary charge of  £5 per week for every  additional dog.
BASIC CHARGES :-  for all the above (with the exception of any supplementary charges as already mentioned) there will be a charge of  £5.00 per day ( 24 hours)
For these charges we will guarantee the property/grounds will not be left unoccupied for  more than 3 hours in any one day during the hours of daylight and for no more than 1 hour after dark.
Special arrangements can be made to guarantee  the property and/or grounds are occupied 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This additional service attracts a supplementary charge of  £5 per day.
For a visit  prior to the assignment  we charge travelling expenses of 30p per mile after the first 5 miles. This will be deducted from the final account in the event we are awarded the assignment.
For assignments in France we ask for our ferry/tunnel fare to be paid to and from our assignment, plus 30p per mile excepting when  the assignment is over one calendar month when our  travelling expenses will be  paid by us.
A copy of the ‘agreement’ is available on request. Together with a ‘check  list’ advising owners what  they  need to supply us with. i.e. Names, addresses, keys, instruction leaflets etc. Plus an ‘Animal Information pack’ giving details of what we need in order that we may care for the animals.
Under normal circumstances there is a 10% booking fee  paid in advance.
When a ferry/tunnel fee is involved, this is paid in advance in place of 10% booking fee
